Dave Inglis Penna
Dave grew up in Saskatchewan,
and loved his Saskatchewan Roughriders.
He came to BC, worked in CT&S,
until he bid on a job with BC Tel in Massett.
He later became the mayor of Massett.
He was a good friend and will be missed.
Massett has honoured him naming Dave Penna Way after him
